The Allen County Indiana Bar Association has a long tradition of service to its members and the community. Organized in 1875 and incorporated in 1959, the ACBA has three purposes: to assist in the due administration of justice, to promote the continued education of lawyers and laypeople in the fields of law and legal procedure and to maintain the honor and integrity of the legal profession.
The ACBA is a voluntary professional association for lawyers, judges and paralegals in Allen County and the surrounding communities. Two of our most important public services are the Lawyer Referral Service (a program that refers community members to attorneys) and Legal Line (free legal advice by telephone). The ACBA also sponsors a variety of continuing legal education programs, social events, and section activities throughout the year.
The ACBA cannot provide legal advice. However, we would be happy to refer you to an ACBA member.
